Project durations are based on mutual agreement during consultation. While we strive to meet agreed-upon timelines, delays may occur due to weather, permit approvals, or material supply issues. We will communicate all changes transparently.
Right Path Builders handles all necessary permits and ensures all work complies with local and state regulations. We are fully licensed and insured in the State of California.
All our builds come with a standard 5-year limited warranty covering defects in workmanship. This warranty does not include damage due to misuse, natural disasters, or third-party alterations.
Payment schedules will be clearly outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may result in project delays or additional charges. We accept various forms of payment and may offer financing options upon request.
If you need to cancel a project after signing the contract, a cancellation fee may apply to cover design, planning, or material ordering costs. Refunds are processed according to the terms set in your agreement.
Right Path Builders is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or services. We are committed to resolving any disputes quickly and fairly.
